Investigators Present: Kevin and Stephen
Equipment: Olympus Digital Camera, Sony (Nightshot Capable) Digital Handy Cam, Sony Hi-8 (Nightshot
Capable) Video Camera, RCA Digital Audio Recorder, EMF Meter, Non-contact Digital Thermometer,
Flashlights.
Reports: In the past residents have reported footsteps in the night, along with doors closing and opening.
The house is currently under renovation.
Investigation Results & Findings:
Sightings: Occasional moving shadows were seen - though these were almost certainly caused by the
headlights of passing vehicles.
Heard: Mostly traffic from the street outside the home, any possible paranormal noises would be nearly
impossible to separate from the street noise outside.
Video Evidence: None
Picture Evidence: None
Audio Evidence: None
Conclusion: Though faced with a great amount of audio contamination that made evidence review very
challenging, there is no evidence to say that this house is currently haunted.
FINAL VERDICT: No Haunting or Paranormal Activity was detected.
