Date: 9/18/2012
Investigators Present: Stephen, Kevin, Glen, Cody & Katrina
Equipment: 4 Channel DVR with Night vision Cameras, K-2 EMF Meter, MEL Meter EMF meter &
Thermometer, Sony Handy cam w/ Nightshot, Sony Digital Audio Recorder, Zoom H2 Digital Audio
Recorder, coordinated recording large diaphragm microphones. DSLR Camera with UV illuminator
Reports: Residents report sightings of 'figures' in the house, and there are multiple reports of the children
seeing and talking to people that are not there. There are also reports of a bed shaking and lights and
electronics turning on by themselves.
Investigation Results & Findings:
Sightings: None
Heard: The investigation team heard a number of odd and unexplainable noises during the night
including footsteps and a strange growling noise (see video clip below.)
Video Evidence: The interesting growl was caught on video a video device, but cannot be categorized as
'Video Evidence'.
Picture Evidence: Some interesting effects were captured on the DSLR using the Ultraviolet Illuminator,
but none of these seem paranormal in nature.
Audio Evidence: Multiple pieces of interesting audio data was found at this location.
#1: A seeming 'temper tantrum' was caught on the Sony recorder placed in the upstairs crawlspace - a
series of footsteps and a muffled slam of a door - this was not on any other audio device recording at the
time.
#2: The Large Diaphragm Mic system malfunctions late in the investigation. Both microphones
degenerating into static, one for a number of minutes, the other for the rest of the investigation - Glen has
worked with this hardware and the accompanying software for years and has never experienced anything
like this. The system was tested to attempt to recreate this and it never repeated.
#3: During breakdown, Stephen was in an upstairs bedroom tearing down the Handy cam (unfortunately
the last piece of equipment recording in the house.) The strange growl-like noise was heard directly
behind him from the closet - unfortunately without secondary audio to completely rule out contamination
this is merely interesting data and not evidence.
Conclusion: It seems that there is a strong indication that something paranormal is occurring at this home
FINAL VERDICT: The number of experiences and amount of interesting data collected makes the FBN
team lean toward a haunting. Further investigation is warranted.
